Turkish MGK apparently took decision on protocolsOctober 22, 2009 - 17:28 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Turkish National Security Council (MGK) has apparently taken a decision on the terms of ratification of Armenia-Turkey protocols, European Integration NGO chairman Karen Bekaryan said."MGK's recent session lasted 7 hours. The council has taken a decision but, certainly, has not made it public," he said. Mr. Bekaryan voiced an opinion that the Armenian-Turkish border will open in February 2010. "Refusal to develop the reconciliation process will entail problems for Ankara," he said. ![]() ![]() Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan took to social media to thank his Lithuanian counterpart for the contribution.
