Turkish Foreign Ministry: We can't pressure Turkish Parliament into ratifying Protocols

PanARMENIAN.Net - There's no hope for Armenian-Turkish Protocols to be ratified without settlement of Nagorno Karabakh conflict, Turkish FM Ahmet Davutoglu said,



"We act in accordance with constitution, and cannot pressure Turkish Parliament into ratifying Protocols. We want to prepare political and psychological grounds. And that requires progress in peace talks because the problems of Azerbaijan have become Turkey's problem too," Al Jazeera quotes Turkish FM as saying.
