Evening dedicated to 140th anniversary of Tumanyan held in Belgium

PanARMENIAN.Net - Evening dedicated to 140th anniversary of a great Armenian writer Hovhannes Tumanyan held in Belgian city Antwerp, organized by the Cultural Union Nuard. Participants presented Tumanyan's photos, copies of documents and recently published books.



The chairman of Nuard, chief editor of "Lragir" Gevorg Minasyan delivered a speech. Lena Beglaryan performed songs written with the wording of the poet. The event was also attended by great-grandchildren of Tumanyan Sophia Tumanyan and Ruben Kankaryan.
