Armenia-Turkey dialogue already influenced RA internal political filed

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenia-Turkey rapprochement process has significantly influenced RA internal political field, Caucasus Institute Director, politologist Alexander Iskandaryan told a news conference in Yerevan. "RA-Turkey relations is a delicate issue with Armenian society, so politicians seeking to boost their own popularity could very well foster people's apprehensions," the politologist said.



According to the politologist, during 15 years Armenian society accommodated itself to closed border and absence of relations with Turkey. "Current syndrome, caused by RA-Turkey rapprochement, was also registered after Maindorf declaration signing in Moscow," the politologist noted.

Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult.
