That makes Turkey adopt a more cautious and serious attitude to normalization of Armenian-Turkish ties, expert believes. As an example, he quoted Turkish FM Davutoglu's recent statement on his country's intention to speed up normalization process.Mr. Safrastyan dwelled on Turkish Premier Recep Tayyip Erdogan's mitigated position on current normalization process. "In that connection, Erdogan has become cautious in his statements about Armenia," he said. "The sooner Protocols enter into force the better. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
