Heritage supports "ARFD-Movement 88" NKR parliamentary faction leader's statement

PanARMENIAN.Net - Heritage party supports "ARFD-Movement 88" NKR parliamentary faction leader Armen Sargsyan's statement on establishing criminal liability for those who question the country's territorial integrity. "NKR is an accomplished state within its borders, and any bargaining over its territory constitutes a crime," Heritage faction leader Stepan Safaryan told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter.



Some time later the statement received NKR leadership's response to the RA authorities, establishing for them certain frameworks in Karabakh settlement talks, he said.



"Not being full party to the process, NKR is obliged to voice its position via such statements. If NKR Parliament adopts the statement as law, Artsakkh's position on liberated lands will be clear to all negotiating parties, " Safaryan stressed.
