Kapan House of Culture to host job fair on November 4November 3, 2009 - 18:03 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On November 4, State Employment Service will organize a job fair in the House of Culture of Kapan, Syunik region, enabling 47 employers to display 182 vacancies. Among participants there will be representatives from Kapan and Kajaran Medical centers (displaying a total quantity of 21 vacancies), as well as Deno Gold Mining and Kapan Copper and Molybdenum plant. Organizers expect presence of 3 thousand visitors. The objective to promote links between employers and specialists seeking jobs. State Employment Service has demonstrated the effectiveness of such events. After the 2007 job fair organized in Yerevan, 89 individuals found jobs. As a result of subsequent fairs organized in other towns of Armenia, 44 individuals found jobs in Gyumri, 45 - in Dilijan and 67 - in Vanadzor. ![]() ![]() As a result of floods in Armenia’s northern Lori and Tavush provinces, 17 bridges, including five large ones, have collapsed.
