No territorial concession admissible in Karabakh settlement process

PanARMENIAN.Net - "Official Sepanakert has received no document enshrining Madrid Principles," Head of NKR Government's Information Department Hrant Aleksanyan told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter.



Aleksanyan also confirmed NKR Prime Minister Ara Harutyunyan's statement on Artsakh territories' being enshrined in Constitution and territorial concessions' being out of the question. Head of Information Department also reiterated Premier's statement on Nagorno Karabak's actively implementing various economic programs on liberated territories, repairing the irrigation system, water reservoirs and roads. All those programs aim at "creating favorable conditions for repopulating the territories," he said.



In the meantime, Aleksanyan added that repopulation and economic programs were more actively implemented in Kashatagh and Karvachar regions.
