President Ahmadinejad said that the EU should ask Turkey to become one of its members since Turkey's accession would rise the Union's credibility with its history, culture and civilization. He said that Turkey should also improve its relations with the eastern countries, adding that it would not mean Turkey's cutting its ties with the west.
