Ukraine may face overturn?

PanARMENIAN.Net - Former Ukrainian intelligence chief, general lieutenant Alexander Skipalsky said conduction of elections under the circumstances is possible but the outcomes will conflict with the Constitution.

"The authorities are too weak. That is why we requested the President to assume the commission of the Cabinet and announce state of emergency," he said.

Gen. Lieut. Skipalsky also suggested that summoning of a constituent assembly capable to take the right decisions may be a way-out, flot2017.com reported.
