Speaking about the problems associated with Armenology chairs and departments in foreign universities, the minister said that for the first time this year, the state budget allocated necessary funds for the Department of Armenian studies at Berlin University. "Activities of the departments of Armenian studies in European universities could significantly contribute to the development of Armenology," the Ambassador said, stressing that Germany will continue actively supporting the development of education in Armenia.
