"Heritage" youth wing demands resignation of Constitutional Court ChairmanNovember 12, 2009 - 20:00 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Youth wing activists of "Heritage" party and representatives of public organizations gathered today near Constitutional Court to protest against Armenian-Turkish Protocols.Protest was attended by "Heritage" faction MP Zaruhi Postanjyan, representatives of Teghut group initiative and "Lawyers for Human Rights" NGO. Some time after the start of picket, protesters appeared on the opposite side of Baghramyan street under the pressure of law enforcers, Zaruhi Postanjyan said. According to the MP, protesters demanded resignation of Gagik Haruytyunyan, Chair of Constitutional Court which "has been accomplice in electoral wrongdoings since 1990." "We also expressed our protest against Madrid Principles and ratification of Armenian-Turkish Protocols." Postanjyan also said that protesters holding postcards were not allowed to approach presidential residence after the picket.
