Hulusi Kylydzh: Issue of opening border is exhausted

PanARMENIAN.Net - "Issue of opening border is exhausted. Turkey is in the middle of process; the rest lies with Armenia," said Turkish Ambassador to Azerbaijan Hulusi Kylydzh. According to him, international community is already fed up with conditions required for Turkish Parliament's ratifying Protocols, Novosti Azerbaijan reports. Those conditions, according to Turkish diplomat, concern liberation of so-called Azerbaijani lands.
