Brokers and investors wait for established prices for companies to be privatized by Stock Exchange

PanARMENIAN.Net - Interest of investors in companies to be privatized through the stock exchange, depends on their prices. "Investors always be interested in, it all depends on prices," said General Director of NASDAQ OMX Armenia Armen Melikyan , answering the question of PanARMENIAN.Net  



The Government of Armenia September 2009 authorized privatization of six companies with 100 per cent of government stake through the stock exchange NASDAQ OMX Armenia. Six companies: Scientific Research and Design Institute of Urban Development, "Atomservis", "Nedrolog", "Yerevan water supply", as well as "Kaputak Sevan" (Sevan) and "Narek" (Gyumri) to be privatized by similar method. 



Director General of NASDAQ OMX Armenia expressed his disagreement with the fact that brokerage companies have no interest to these companies.
