Vladimir Zakharov: Azeri President is inhuman personality

"Azeri President's statements are intended for the West. Armenia gives no ground for resuming war," Russian expert said.



Besides, he noted that children in Azerbaijan are instilled with hatred for Armenian from kindergarten. "All that is governed by Azerbaijan's ruling top class.
