Vladimir Zakharov: Turkey and Azerbaijan make a show for Armenia

PanARMENIAN.Net - "Turkish-Azerbaijani ties are quite close and serious. Never believe any statement saying there is certain coolness between two states," said Vladimir Zakharov, deputy director of the Caucasus Research Center at MSUIR. According to him, Turkey and Azerbaijan are staging theatre for Armenia. "They are changing their roles by every day," expert noted, stressing the importance of Turkey's making apologies to Armenians. "Turkey should follow Germany's example," he said.
