Updated state budget's deficit to make 6 per cent of GDP in 2010December 3, 2009 - 15:00 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - According to the updated draft state budget of Armenia for 2010 the budget deficit will make 6 per cent of GDP or AMD 193 billion, Armenian Finance Minister Tigran Davtyan said. "This index is 1.5 per cent less than the expected outcome of this year," he said. According to the Finance Minister, that decline is conditioned by the government's policy aimed at declining the budget deficit and bringing it to a pre-crisis level. The government approved Thursday the changes to the initial 2010 draft budget which will be sent to the RA National Assembly for final approval.
