Armenian government approves draft law on Azerbaijan's responsibility for war in Karabakh

PanARMENIAN.Net - The Armenian government approved a draft law of MP Armen Rustamyan, which suggests to the parliament to adopt "Statement on Azerbaijan's Responsibility for transformation the Karabakh problem resolution into military confrontation".

Today, Armenian Deputy Foreign Minister Shavarsh Kocharyan told a government meeting that the draft says that Azerbaijan consistently distorting the truth and facts, tries to shape a biased and incorrect view of international community about the beginning and development of the Karabakh conflict.

According to Shavarsh Kocharyan, the statement points to Azerbaijan's responsibility for escalation of the conflict, as well as the need to counter the policy of official Baku, using all possibilities of parliamentary diplomacy.
