Ramkavars propose to submit regional conflicts for UN International Court's considerationDecember 4, 2009 - 20:09 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Considering the results of Hay Dat legal council's studies, Ramkavar-Azatakan Party has released a statement on the legitimacy of Armenian-Turkish Protocols.The party confirms that Protocols constitute an international agreement on recognizing mutual borders. "They stipulate for settling territorial-frontier disputes between Armenia and Turkey. Otherwise they wouldn't be sent to Armenian Parliament for ratification," says the statement. Ramkavar-Azatakan proposes that Armenia submit all regional conflicts for UN International Court's consideration in case the countries violating regional stability do not change their policy in the near future.
