EBU confirmed Azerbaijan's Ictimai TV actions as illegal

PanARMENIAN.Net - The European Broadcasting Union (EBU) has found Azerbaijan's Ictimai TV responsible for breaking the Eurovision Song Contest rules. Azerbaijani television blurred out the Armenian voting number and distorted the TV signal when sisters Inga and Anush of Armenia were performing on stage.

"The EBU's decision came two weeks ago but was not made public," Armenia's Public Television Executive Director's advisor on special projects Diana Mnatsakanyan told PanARMENIAN.Net "Azerbaijan's guilt was established. We proved that we never make unsubstantiated statements. If Azerbaijan violates Eurovision rules once again, it will drop out of the contest for 3 years."
