  Yerevan, Riga to restore close tiesDecember 10, 2009 - 19:51 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Mayor of Yerevan Gagik Beglaryan met Thursday with visiting Latvian President Valdis Zatlers.Stressing the importance of cooperation between the capital cities for the development of Armenian-Latvian relations, Mayor Belgaryan said Yerevan intends to restore close ties with Riga. He also pointed out to implementation of new city administration tools and exchange of experience.
