If not, ratification may be delayed for 2 or 3 years," Armen Aghayan told a news conference on Wednesday. He did not rule out that ratification will be followed by signature of a framework agreement on Karabakh. "The deeper is the process with Turkey, the more problems the Armenian President will have. A huge wave of protests will rise in the republic. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
