  Another Nubarashen jail staff member detained in connection with life-termers' escapeDecember 16, 2009 - 19:01 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Another Nubarashen jail staff member -Head of Security Provision Department, Sedrak Artenyan was detained over negligence that resulted in escape of two life-termers on November 27.Sedrak Artenyan was arrested in accordance with part 2, art. 315 of RA Criminal Code. Two life-termers - Soghomon Kocharyan and Mher Yenokyan - escaped from Nubarashen prison in Yerevan on November 27, at 6 pm. A criminal case was initiated.
