Resolution 252 affirming the U.S. record on the Armenian Genocide was formally introduced in the U.S. House of Representatives on March 17 by Reps. Adam Schiff and George Radanovich. The document is supported by 135 congressmen, unlike Resolution 316 which has 10 supporters. Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
