Armen Ashotyan: Ministry of Education implemented all its programs in 2009

PanARMENIAN.Net - Minister of Education Armen Ashotyan summed up Tuesday the results of Ministry's activities in 2009.



According to him, the Ministry of Education and Science implemented all its programs envisaged for 2009, despite the difficulties it experienced during the year.



"The financial crisis was the first stress resulting in budgetary reductions. The second stress was the replacement of Minister, what certainly affected the process of regulating the sector," the Minister said.



At that, he noted that the Ministry's activities should be open to public. "Our Ministry's website was among the most frequently visited governmental websites," Mr. Ashotyan said.
