Hranush Hakobyan got familiarized with AVC activities PanARMENIAN.Net - Minister of Diaspora Hranush Hakobyan has got familiarized with the activities of Armenian Virtual College (AVC), the most up-to-date educational tool enabling Diaspora Armenians to receive Armenian education regardless of the place of residence.



The virtual university uses highly advanced technologies to enable face to face contact between students and professors, as well as between fellow students.
