Samvel Nikoyan: We give more priority to assessment of Armenian population, rather that PACE's

PanARMENIAN.Net - "Prescott and Colombier's conclusion provided at PACE official website cannot be viewed as an official document. In my opinion, Prescott and Colombier didn't make a careful study of the report submitted by RA temporary parliamentary committee for March 1, 2008 events investigation," RA NA Vice Speaker Samvel Nikoyan told PanARMENIAN.Net reporter.

As he noted, first and foremost, the committee had Armenian peoples' interests in mind. "Thus, we give more priority to assessment of Armenian population, rather that PACE's," the parliamentary speaker emphasized.
