  Probability of protocols ratification by Turkey decreased but not vanishedDecember 24, 2009 - 14:11 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The probability of Armenian-Turkish protocols ratification by the Turkish parliament has decreased but not vanished, according to director of Caucasus Institute. "The time limitation for ratification of Armenian-Turkish protocols remains unchanged. It's expected in March-April 2010," Alexander Iskandaryan said. "If Turkey doesn't ratify the protocols, it will suffer a serious loss," he said.   Top stories Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan took to social media to thank his Lithuanian counterpart for the contribution. President of the Armenian parliament Alen Simonyan met with the Speaker of the Azerbaijani Milli Majlis Sahiba Gafarova.
