In 2010 SCR plans salary increase of 20%

PanARMENIAN.Net - In 2010, South Caucasian Railways CJSC plans to introduce a new labor remuneration system based on employees' qualification as well as salary increase of 20%, SCR head Shevket Shaydullin said, summarizing 2009 results.



According to him, average salary of SCR employees comprised AMD160 000 in 2009.



As SCR Director General noted, in the company formed about 30 enterprises, offering over 1900 jobs; 700 were taken on as contractors.



The company takes a very responsible approach to stuff selection; to which purpose a special scientific and technical committee in charge of staff training was formed.



Besides, SCR's 2010 concessionary agreement stipulates for employee's social package extension, Shevket Shaydullin concluded.
