Armenian Genocide Museum & Institute acquires 150 valuable museum piecesDecember 25, 2009 - 20:12 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The Armenian Genocide Museum & Institute thanks to donation provided by AGBU Young Professionals of Los Angeles (YPLA) acquired some 150 valuable museum pieces, including 75 units of unique literature, 30 unique rare publications: magazines, newspapers, original photographs, postcards, medals, stamps, and a collection of 38 original photographs of Armenian cultural monuments, made by a Russian photographer 19th century Yermakov.![]() ![]() As a result of floods in Armenia’s northern Lori and Tavush provinces, 17 bridges, including five large ones, have collapsed.
