Job fairs hosted 10 750 job searchers. Sona Harutyunyan also spoke of assistance programs organized recently and summed up results. "Assistance to unemployed disabled people in state registration and business activities" program offered financial aid to 104 citizens. "Specialized study" program involved 1545 people in 2009, with 79 of them disabled. "Presently, 410 people are continuing with their specialized studies," Sona Harutyunyan noted. As a result of "Compensation to uncompetitive individuals" program, 229 individuals, including 107 disabled people, were employed. 215 regions were involved in "Organization of public works" program. 306 projects were implemented within the program indicated, with the participation of 4 690 people.
