  RF President's administrative reserve list includes ArmeniansDecember 29, 2009 - 11:24 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Russia has published the list of top 500 individuals included in the list of RF President's administrative reserve. Intourist President Alexander Arutyunov ranks among the top 100 individuals, according to Yerkramas, the newspaper of Armenians of Russia. The top 100 list also includes editor-in-chief of TV Novosti non-profit organization Margarita Simonyan and Deputy Director of Public Projecting Institute Valery Yeghiazaryan.
