Fred Davtyan: number of New Year show viewers decreased this year

PanARMENIAN.Net - The number of New Year show viewers decreased this year, Stanislavski State Russian Drama Theatre director Fred Davtyan said.

As he told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter, it's conditioned by Yerevan Mayor Gagik Beglaryan's prohibition on ticket sale in schools and kindergartens as swine flu prevention measure.

"At the meeting with theater management, Gagik Beglaryan assured that our losses, caused by the return of 15-16 thousand tickets, will be refunded. At Mayor's request, we presented a report on expenditures but received no reply so far," Davtyan said.
