He held negotiations in the Russian capital on the questions representing mutual interest with Secretary of the Russian Security Council Vladimir Rushaylo, Foreign Minister Igor Ivanov, head of the President's Administration Aleksandr Voloshin. Artashes Tumanian also met with Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Valeriy Loshchin, First Deputy Administrator of the President's Administration Dmitriy Medvedev, Chief of the Department of Foreign Affairs of the presidential machinery Sergey Prikhodko and Business-Manager of the head of the state Vladimir Kozhin.
