AZERBAIJAN SUGGESTS HOLDING SESSION OF FOREIGN MINISTERS OF MINSK CONFERENCE MEMBER STATES IN BAKUFebruary 1, 2002 - 22:29 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Azerbaijan has come out with an initiative to hold OSCE Minsk Conference, within the framework of which the Minsk Group acts, in March. Azeri Ministry of Foreign Affairs proposes to hold the meeting in Baku, but would basically agree to holding it in Vienna, too. Azeri leaders suppose that the results of the ten-year work of the Minsk Group will be summed up and further plans to settle Karabakh conflict will be featured at the summit of foreign ministers of the of the eleven Conference member states. Nothing is yet known about OSCE leadership attitude towards the Baku initiative.
