  RUSSIA AND TURKEY SIGNED AGREEMENT ON MILITARY COOPERATIONJanuary 15, 2002 - 21:55 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The heads of the headquarters of RF and Turkey Anatoly Kvashnin and Huseyn Kivrikoghlu signed bilateral agreement on military cooperation between Russia and Turkey. As "Mediamax" agency reports, the agreement is to increase the confidence level between military authorities of the two countries and the expansion of the relations between them. People in Moscow and Ankara express hope that the signing of the agreement is to strengthen peace and stability.
