  CE REPRESENTATION TO BE OPENED IN ARMENIAJanuary 14, 2002 - 22:39 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Council of Europe permanent representative is arriving in Armenia today. According to the information of "Arminfo" agency, upon the arrival of the CE representative CE permanent representation will be opened in Armenia. Earlier the functions of the representation were fulfilled by OSCE representation in Armenia.
