Robert Kocharian didn’t go to Iran to discuss regional issues, RPA member says

It will be quite normal if Armenia’s second President Robert Kocharian decides to re-engage in politics, according to Razmik Zohrabyan, Deputy chairman of the ruling Republican Party of Armenia.



As to Mr. Kocharian’s recent visit to Iran, he said it was a private visit. “Robert Kocharian didn’t go to Iran to discuss regional issues,” he said.



Robert Kocharian, Armenia’s second President (1998-2008) and first President of Republic of Artsakh (Nagorno Karabakh Republic). Presently, Mr. Kocharian sits on a board of directors of Sistema financial corporation.
