Alexander Minasyan: Territories around NKR must not be ceded

Armenian Army is strong and efficient enough to give an adequate response to the enemy at any time, the former head of Military Institute at RA Defence Ministry Alexander Minasyan said at news conference in Yerevan.



Commenting on possible mutual concessions in Karabakh conflict settlement, he noted, “Territories around NKR were liberated by the blood of our soldiers, and must in no case be ceded.”
