Yerevan and Moscow Mayors, Gagik Beglaryan and Yuri Luzhkov signed a number of agreements today, following the signing ceremony by joint briefing.

“Moscow, as a capital city of Russia, main strategic partner to Armenia, is a priority direction of Yerevan’s international policy. Over the last years, Yerevan and Moscow saw stable development of economic and cultural ties. Our partnership is based on mutual trust; and agreements signed today are a proof of it,” Gagik Beglaryan emphasized, adding that there’s still a great development potential in the spheres of culture, education, social security and municipal services between the states.

Yerevan Mayor addressed special thanks to Yuri Luzhkov and Moscow Municipality for efforts towards expansion of partner relations between the two capital cities and expressed confidence for successful implementation of further projects.
