Arthur Petrosyan appointed Minister of Sports and Youth Affairs

On January 29, Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan signed a decree accepting the resignation of Minister of Sports and Youth Affairs Armen Grigoryan.



Under another presidential decree, Arthur Petrosyan was appointed to the post, Armenian leader's press service reported.



Arthur Petrosyan has worked in RA Tax Inspection. In 1999, he was Advisor to National Assembly Speaker. In 2003, he was Head of «Kentron» TV channel. In 2003-2007, Petrosyan was member of Parliament, since 2009 – member of Heritage Party. In 2009, he became Head of Labor Inspection.
