Tatarstan students meet poetess Anna Barseghyan

The winner of Russia’s Golden Pen, poetess, translator and publicist Anna Barseghyan paid a visit to Naberezhnie Chelny, Tatarstan, to meet with the teaching staff and students of the city’s branch of Moscow State University of Culture and Arts, reported Yerkramas, the newspaper of Armenians of Russia.



During a 2-hour meeting, Anna Barseghyan answered numerous questions and told about future plans.



“I started writing poems in 7 and I always knew that my home will be filled with music and books,” she said. “I haven’t written fiction before but I plan to publish a collection of short stories, a narrative and a essay.”
