"GAZPROM" STARTS GAS SUPPLY TO ARMENIA

PanARMENIAN.Net - "Gazprom" Russian company will supply gas to Armenia. As reported by Armenian minister of energy Armen Movsisian, the Armenian government and "Gazprom" have signed a corresponding agreement for 5 years. In his words, the conclusion of such a long-term agreement will provide additional guarantees for the blue fuel price stability. "Itera" company was the monopolistic gas supplier to Armenia before, the minister reminded. From now on each of these companies will provide equal amount of gas to Armenia, Armen Movsisian reported not ruling out the opportunity for "Gazprom" to oust "Itera" company from the Armenian market in the future.
