OSCE monitoring in Karabakh passes in accordance with schedule![]() March 3, 2010 - 14:08 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Wednesday, March 3, as agreed with NKR authorities, the OSCE mission conducted regular monitoring of the line of contact of Nagorno Karabakh and Azerbaijani armed forces in the northern direction of Talish settlement (Martakert region). From the positions of the NKR Defense Army the monitoring was conducted by Field Assistants of the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office Irji Aberle (Czech Republic) and Zhaslan Nurtazin (Kazakhstan). The monitoring passed in accordance with schedule. No ceasefire violation was registered. On Karabakh side, the monitoring mission was accompanied by representatives of NKR Ministries of Defense and Foreign Affairs, NKR MFA press service reported. ![]() ![]() Azerbaijani authorities report that they have already resettled 3,000 people in the Nagorno-Karabakh town of Stepanakert. On June 10, Azerbaijani President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev will leave for Turkey on a working visit. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev arrived in Moscow on April 22 to hold talks with Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin.
