  RF Ambassador to RA commemorates Armenian Genocide April 24, 2010 - 12:53 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Russian Ambassador to RA Vyacheslav Kovalenko commemorated the victims of the Armenian Genocide today, April 24. “Genocide is a great evil. Murder can never be justified. It is a great tragedy for the entire mankind,” Amb. Kovalenko told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter in Tsitsernakaberd. “We should do our utmost to prevent such tragedies in the future,” the diplomat said.
