The ceremony was held with the participation of Members of Board of the Armenian Community of Malta headed by its Chairperson Vera Boyajyan, Director of Russian Centre for Science and Culture in Malta Sergey Medvedev and Chairperson of the Coordination Board of Russian Compatriot in Malta Snezhana Bodishtyanu.
