RA PM Tigran Sargsyan to meet with his Czech counterpart Jan Fischer

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan participates in a sitting of the European People’s Party (EPP) Group Bureau.

Challenges and prospects of the Eastern Partnership, Europe’s strategy in 2020, crime prevention, combating money laundering, as well as creation of job opportunities will be in the focus of the sitting, the RA government’s information center reported.

Chairman of EPP Group Joseph Daul stressed that the group supports cooperation with Eastern partners that is based not only on business contacts, but also on cooperation for strengthening democracy, freedom, rule of law, education and culture.

Armenian Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan will meet with his Czech counterpart Jan Fischer on the sidelines of his visit to Prague.

The European People’s Party was founded in 1976, with headquarters in Brussels. The EPP is the largest center-right European political party. It has 72 member-parties from 39 countries.
