UKRAINE PROCEEDS FROM TERRITORIAL INTEGRITY AND OTHER INTERNATIONAL PRINCIPLES IN KARABAKH ISSUE

PanARMENIAN.Net - Foreign Minister of Ukraine Anatoly Zlenko, who is in Armenia on an official call, stated to journalists yesterday the official Kiev proceeds from the principle of territorial integrity as well as from other international principles and norms in connection with the Karabakh conflict settlement. (As it is known he gave preference only to the principle of territorial integrity when commenting the approach of the Ukrainian leadership to solution of the problem.) Appearing in a press conference Zlenko also said, "Ukraine is ready to support any solutions the parties would agree." Offering mediation services in Yerevan sounded less plain than in Baku. In case the parties express a desire, Kiev is ready "to render good offices to seek a solution of the conflict," - Anatoly Zlenko said.
