Newly-opened Hay Dat office will be responsible for the study of Georgian Armenians’ issues. Representatives of Georgian Integration Ministry, US Embassy, Georgian Eparchy of Armenian Apostolic Church and Armenian NGOs were invited to participate in the opening ceremony.
Azerbaijani authorities report that they have already resettled 3,000 people in the Nagorno-Karabakh town of Stepanakert.
