Turkey, Azerbaijan to form high-level strategic partnership council![]() May 18, 2010 - 11:35 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Turkey and Azerbaijan are going to form a high-level strategic partnership council. “Our relations are developing in all fields and the decision to establish the council is a vivid proof of it,” Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan said during a joint news conference with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev. The Turkish PM also informed that a natural gas agreement will be signed between Baku and Ankara during Aliyev’s visit to Turkey on June 7-8, TRT-Russian reported. On June 10, Azerbaijani President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev will leave for Turkey on a working visit. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev arrived in Moscow on April 22 to hold talks with Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin.
